Using the service
You may use Flight Crew Admin only for lawful scheduling, bidding, trip-management, and related personal workflow purposes. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for information you upload or enter and for confirming all schedules, bids, pay details, calendar events, and operational decisions against the official source. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use or content that infringes another person's rights.
Calendar and third-party services
Optional integrations, including Google Calendar, are also governed by the third party's terms and availability. You authorize Flight Crew Admin to perform the synchronization actions you select. You can disconnect Google at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, misuse another person's account or data, or use the service in a way that violates law or an employer's policies.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Beta and staging features may be incomplete. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the service.
No operational guarantee
Flight Crew Admin is an independent convenience tool and is not an official airline, employer, payroll, bidding, or flight-operations system. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Always rely on official systems and procedures for safety-critical, contractual, payroll, and operational decisions.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flight Crew Admin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risk, or legal requirements.
